Boxing Coach & Physical Preparation
English Boxing is probably the most well-known combat sport in the world. While the modern version of this art was established in England in the 19th century, this form of combat can be traced back to ancient times, including Ancient Egypt, Greece, and Ancient Rome.
Despite the emergence and popularization in recent decades of new practices in the world of martial arts and combat sports (Muay Thai, Sambo, MMA, BJJ, etc.), learning English boxing remains a prerequisite for anyone wishing to acquire a solid foundation in hand-to-hand combat. This sport demands significant technical skill, and practitioners wishing to progress must demonstrate patience and consistency. This sport requires true physical and mental commitment.
Precision of movements, timing, and balance for fluid combinations.

Maintaining technique over time, improved recovery.
Emotional control, concentration, and self-assurance in daily life.
